Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all bookings, tattoo services and appointments made with Jaduzar Ink.

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed once the payment has been completed successfully. By booking a tattoo service through the website, the customer reserves the selected tattoo service and agrees to the terms stated on this page.

2. Booking price

The prices shown on the website are booking prices for the selected tattoo services, unless clearly stated otherwise.

The final design, planning and session details will be discussed after booking. Large tattoo projects may require multiple sessions depending on size, detail, style, skin type and placement.

3. Contact after booking

After a booking has been placed, Jaduzar Ink will contact the customer to discuss the tattoo idea, design, planning and appointment details.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.

An appointment can only be rescheduled if the customer contacts Jaduzar Ink at least 48 hours before the appointment.

If the customer arrives late, does not show up, or cancels within 48 hours of the appointment, the booking may be forfeited.

5. Health and safety

The customer is responsible for providing honest and accurate information about any relevant health conditions, skin issues, allergies, medication, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the safety of the tattoo session.

6. Refusal of service

Jaduzar Ink reserves the right to refuse or reschedule an appointment in cases of alcohol or drug use, unsuitable skin condition, illness, unsafe circumstances, inappropriate requests or if the tattoo cannot be done responsibly.

7. Designs

Designs, sketches and tattoo concepts remain the property of Jaduzar Ink unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Designs may not be copied, shared, reused or taken to another artist without permission from Jaduzar Ink.

8. Aftercare

The customer is responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Jaduzar Ink.

Jaduzar Ink is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect aftercare, ignoring instructions or providing incorrect information.

9. Liability

Jaduzar Ink is not liable for damage, complaints or issues caused by incorrect information from the customer, poor aftercare, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside the control of Jaduzar Ink.

10. Agreement

By placing a booking or making an appointment with Jaduzar Ink, the customer agrees to these terms of service.
